What’s ‘fully inclusive’ rent? Our monthly rental rates are highly competitive and include council tax, water rates, gas, electricity, weekly or twice weekly cleaner, gardener, fast unlimited broadband, window cleaner, TV licences, and car parking spaces. ‘All inclusive’ monthly rents range from only £340 per month for an average size double room up to £460 per month for a superior sized luxury loft room with own sofa and own private en-suite. Many of the standard sized double rooms with en-suite are only £395 or £425 per month. There are 8 different houses which all have been extensively renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms and lovely modern décor. Each house is kept immaculate and fully furnished to a high specification and fully equipped with everything you would need. Every house also has a lovely shared kitchen and lounge area to relax in after work or at weekend, with a large flat screen TV. There is a beautiful well kept garden with garden furniture at each house too (a lovely courtyard in the town Centre house). All individual rental rooms are double sized, locking, fully furnished and have their own wall TV aeriel and hard wired electric smoke alarm for your safety. Each house conforms to all ‘HMO’ legislation (houses in multiple occupation). The quality beds are all double sized, and most have space or drawers underneath. The matching furniture is modern and many of the rooms also have a desk and chair. Some rooms are really large and classed as superior as they have their own sofas as well – more like having your own ‘pad’. A lot of thought has been put into the design and layout of each room |
