What is the minimum period?
We offer you a minimum Assured Shorthold Tenancy of 3 months with the option to renew on a monthly ‘rolling’ tenancy thereafter, where you only have to give us one months’ notice if you are leaving. So this gives you great flexibility as you won’t be tied in to a long term contract. However, many of our tenants however have stayed with us for 2 years and beyond!

What’s ‘fully inclusive’ rent?
Our monthly rental rates are highly competitive and include council tax, water rates, gas, electricity, weekly or twice weekly cleaner, gardener, fast unlimited broadband, window cleaner, TV licences, and car parking spaces. ‘All inclusive’ monthly rents range from only £340 per month for an average size double room up to £460 per month for a superior sized luxury loft room with own sofa and own private en-suite. Many of the standard sized double rooms with en-suite are only £395 or £425 per month.

Do I need insurance?
We are unable to insure your own personal items but you can take out a simply policy if you wish. When you move in we will give you a full inventory of furniture etc . You need to ensure that when you leave they are not damaged.

What about a deposit?
We do NOT ask for a deposit. It is one months rent payable in advance when you move in. Rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order or bank transfer.
