General Information
Who owns and runs the houses?
The houses are owned and run by ourselves as local landlords, Lynne Sayers and Jayne Jones. We have over 20 years experience of renting to young professionals, many of whom are moving to Warrington for the first time. Our reputation is crucial to our business and we are known for our genuine caring approach to tenants who are always well looked after by us with a very personal touch. We sort out any maintenance or other issues immediately as we both live locally and have a team or local tradesmen on hand. So by dealing with friendly trustworthy landlords you will have no agency fees, no hassle and a just fast professional and friendly service. We will also show you around the property personally and will introduce you to the other existing housemates at the same time. Viewings in the evening or weekends are therefore better for you as you can meet potential new housemates and friends. But we can accommodate a time to suit you.

Making new friends
Housesharing is such a great way of making friends. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas have been laid out to create a relaxing atmosphere with comfy leather sofas, flat screen TVs, breakfast bars etc., where you can eat, chat, and socialise. Some of the houses have BBQs for outdoor socialising in Summer months! Most of the people you will be sharing with will be working in the main at Birchwood Business Park or Warrington local or major companies, so you are likely to be mixing with people similar to yourself.

Others housemates
We pay particular attention to matching like-minded individuals to each house and all tenants range from 21-35 years of age and from similar backgrounds. All are professionals working in Warrington or nearby. We also offer an ‘upgrading service’ for existing housemates if anyone wants to upgrade to a larger or superior room as one becomes available. We specialise in renting to working professionals (many of whom have relocated from around the UK). We will consider students if you are working in the area on a paid placement or an internship

Rental rates
Our monthly rental rates are highly competitive and ‘fully inclusive of all bills’; council tax, water rates, gas and electricity. Weekly or twice weekly cleaning, gardener and fast unlimited broadband is also included. We even pay for the window cleaner and TV licences too! Car parking spaces are also included. ‘All inclusive’ monthly rents range from only £340 per month for an average size double room up to £460 per month for a superior sized luxury loft room with own sofa and own private en-suite. Many of the en-suite standard double rooms are only £395 or £425 per month.
