I lived in a 4 bedroom house at Bracken Close, Birchwood, which had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/communal area. My room was a smaller double room but saying that it was quite spacious. Modern and fully furnished with everything I needed e.g. double sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and long mirror etc. Not only were all bills included which saved me worrying about the internet being cut off and the awkwardness of asking your housemates to pay their share of the bill, we also had our own cleaner which made life so much easier!!

Although there was another room at different locations to rent at the time, the landlady recommended this one as she believed it would be most suited to me and that I would fit in very well with the tenants. She was very right as I made friends for life living in that house. Lynne & Jayne were very approachable and friendly which was the cherry on the top :)

I was a tenant of Lynne and Jayne for just over three years. I moved in the week I started my new job at Birchwood Business Park and everything was made so simple, straightforward and hassle free. The same was true when I switched rooms about a year later in the same house.

The house was always kept clean, especially the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Any minor issues were sorted out promptly, even down to a lovely new pair of curtains I requested as well as vertical blinds.

She managed to give me the best option I could have – a lovely large fully furnished modern room with a large desk and chair. It was not only a place to stay but with the feeling of a home and other great house mates.

The service is second to none and the house share quality is very high. Many rooms are en-suite with fabulous bathrooms. Lynne tries very hard to match tenants in age/backgrounds and is very successful in producing harmonious happy homes for people. The properties are very well maintained and kept very clean and in perfect order. The large detached house at Blackburne Close is a 5 bedroom house share (all rooms are en-suite) with fabulous facilities and great broadband. Plus a lovely garden with patio and decking area for socialising.

I cannot recommend Warrington Houseshare enough to provide great shared accommodation with a great service.
