Warrington Houseshare specialises in providing excellent quality accommodation for young professionals aged 21-35 in the Warrington area with particular emphasis on the Birchwood area near to Birchwood Business Park and also Warrington Town Centre. Most of our tenants are graduates who have relocated to Warrington. Rents are very competitive and all are ‘fully inclusive’ (see below) There are 10 different houses all with new kitchens and bathrooms and lovely modern décor. Each house is kept immaculate, cleaned weekly, fully furnished and fully equipped. Every house has a lovely shared kitchen and lounge area with a large flat screen TV. Unlimited fast speed broadband + WIFI and gardens. All rental rooms are double sized, lockable, with TV aeriel. Many of the rooms have an en-suite and most have a desk and chair. Some are really large and classed as superior rooms as they have their own sofas as well – more like having your own place. A lot of thought has been put into the design and layout of each room. |
